The 680-square-metre Grand Ballroom configures for sit-down dinners, receptions, and keynote presentations, with ceiling-mounted rigging for production lighting and a dedicated AV control booth.
Six Soundproofed Meeting Pods
Each pod seats between 4 and 16 delegates and is equipped with 4K display screens, secure encrypted Wi-Fi, and natural light from north-facing skylights designed for the Canberra sun angle.
Dedicated Events Liaison
A single liaison officer is assigned to each event from the initial inquiry call through to post-event debrief, ensuring nothing is handed off between departments mid-planning.
